What Will Happen?
Come ready to enjoy a delicious meal and to celebrate all God has used our leaders to accomplish in the past school year. We have a special gift prepared for each one of the leaders, so you will not want to miss it!
Who is Invited?
5 Main Officers, Campus Advisors, Ambassadors, Start-Up Captains & Legacy Counselors are the Guests of Honor at this event. Each leader is welcome to invite one guest of her choice. This could be a parent, sibling, spouse, spiritual mentor, teacher, etc. And YES...men can actually join us for this event, so feel free to invite your dad's, husbands, pastors, or granddads.
What Is the Cost to Attend?
Are you kidding? You are the guest of honor! Your ticket is completely FREE as our gift to you! Plus, we're going to throw in one extra meal ticket for you so you can invite someone who has been an encourager of your ministry as your guest. Don't worry if you can't decide on only one person to bring: Additional guest tickets are available for purchase at a cost of only $15 plate. It's important to give advance notice and RSVP any extra guests so we can make sure to have sufficient catering.
What to Wear?
Come dressed in your cute "Sunday's Best" or sundresses! Men can wear dress shirts and ties, plus a sports coat if they're feeling fancy.
What Will Be Served?
We'll be eating delicious BBQ from Bakers Ribs (A DOLLS favorite) for dinner! The meal will include a three meat options (Chicken, Sausage, & Pulled Pork) plus the traditional BBQ sides and fixins. Unfortunately we are unable to accommodate individual dietary restrictions.
